When life feels heavy, relationships distant, or emotions hard to understand, therapy can be a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about finding safety, clarity, and compassion within yourself again.

With over six years of counseling experience, I help individuals, couples, and children navigate life’s emotional turning points: anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, and relationship struggles. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) ; guiding clients to understand their emotions, transform unhelpful patterns, and restore emotional balance and connection.

In couples therapy, I help partners rebuild trust and intimacy by breaking out of conflict cycles and learning to truly see and hear each other again. With individuals, I support healing from emotional pain, self-doubt, and burnout. With children, I use emotional coaching and mindfulness-based strategies to support emotional regulation, resilience, and social growth.

My professional journey began in Australia, where I served as a school counselor at Wantirna College in Melbourne. Since then, I’ve supported clients across Australia and Malaysia, including Stella Maris International School and Pusat Pertubuhan Destiny, a school and orphanage for underprivileged youth. I also work with neurodivergent children, providing emotional coaching and classroom support within ABA-informed environments to support their emotional and social growth.

I hold three master’s degrees — a Master of Education and Master of Counselling from Australia, and a Master of Professional Counselling from Malaysia — and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (KB10177, PA09781) registered with the Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.

Whether it’s rebuilding relationships, managing burnout, or helping a child find confidence again, my goal is to offer a space that feels safe, real, and deeply human ; where healing happens through understanding, not perfection.

Outside of therapy, I stay grounded through music, reading, and pickleball — reminders of how creativity, joy, and self-care keep us emotionally alive.
