“abri” (French- “shelter”, from “abriter”- to shelter, to shield)

Our ethos:

ABRI Integrated Mental Health is the product of a passionate group of mental health clinicians who share the vision of uniting their over 30 years of multidisciplinary practices into helping clients across all walks of life truly achieve better mental and emotional health. As we believe in the often complex multifaceted attribution to life’s problems, so do we believe in the multidisciplinary integration in the treatment approach. In ABRI, our pledge is to always offer you attentive, professional, ethical, and skilled mental, emotional, and relational health services. We are here to support you through your healing.

Our inspiration:

ABRI colours of yellow, blue, and grey are inspired by the wheat fields of the Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh, who himself struggled with crippling mental illness. Though brilliant, his vibrant creative works were never recognised during his lifetime. The ABRI palette wishes to pay homage to the daily struggles of those who live with mental anguish and pain.

"We must not allow other people's limited perceptions to define us."
- Virginia Satir
