MCO, Again?

At this point, we’re no longer strangers to being cooped up at home again due to yet another MCO implementation. Even so, our mental and physical wellbeing can still be affected as we never know what will happen next.

During this time of inconsistency, it’s no wonder why anxiety levels are high for the majority of us. Having a routine can help ground us by giving us a sense of control over this unpredictable period. It also reduces stress and can be beneficial to our mental and physical health.

It can be something as simple as going to sleep or even waking up at a set time every day or even eating at consistent times. Don’t worry about not being able to find the right timing in the first few days, it takes effort to adjust your schedule to incorporate something new. For this MCO, I encourage all of you to adopt a routine and maintain it (future you will then have an easier time following it even after this all returns to “normal”).

Our services here at ABRI will remain open and available for whoever needs support during these trying times, be it offline or online. Take care and stay safe!
